Our team completed a vital restoration project on a hospital parking garage in St. Charles, MO. We performed post-tension repairs to strengthen the existing concrete, enhancing the structure's durability. Winged expansion joints were replaced to accommodate natural building movement and prevent future cracks, while metal support brackets were installed for additional reinforcement. To minimize disruption and maintain a clean environment during the restoration process, dust partitions were utilized. Our team applied a new deck coating to protect the concrete from wear and weather damage, ensuring longevity. Shoring was provided for temporary support during repairs, guaranteeing the structure's safety and stability throughout the project. We also re-striped the parking deck to ensure clear and safe vehicle navigation. Additionally, we installed new stair treads and risers to enhance the safety and usability of the stairwells within the garage.
